The District is divided into four sub-districts each assigned with an Assistant District Commissioner to help facilitate Neighborhood Summits.

Within each sub-district are neighborhoods. We highly encourage your units to participate with each other in your own neighborhood. When you meet together you can share what’s going on in your neighborhood, share successes and opportunities unique to your neighborhood, and enjoy some fellowship.
