Scouting for All
Scouting for All is dedicated to ensuring that Scouting is accessible and welcoming to everyone, regardless of background or abilities. This section offers resources and guidance to help all individuals participate fully in Scouting activities, aligning with Scouting America’s mission to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
In fact, Boy Scouts of America is now ‘Doing Business As” (DBA) “Scouting America” as stated in their press release where they state, “The Boy Scouts of America today announced that it will rebrand to Scouting America, reflecting the organization’s ongoing commitment to welcome every youth and family in America to experience the benefits of Scouting.”

Supporting Scouts of All Abilities
The Special Needs and Disabilities Committee of Northern Star Scouting is here to ensure that every young person has a place in Scouting. They provide training, resources, and support to leaders, volunteers, and families to promote inclusion and understanding for Scout of all abilities.
If you Scout has a disability or special need, and you have questions, encounter challenges or just need support, they are here to help. Whether it’s finding the right accommodations or navigating the program, you don’t have to do it alone.
