ROUNDTABLE 

(“Roundtable Rocks!”)

 

 

In this one meeting, we hold Order of the Arrow Chapter G Meetings, Eagle Project Proposal Reviews, Breakouts for Cub Scouts and Older Scout Programs (Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts), General Assembly with announcements, midway, and handouts, and general fellowship with your fellow Scouters. For this reason, we like to call our Roundtable your “One Stop Shop for Scouting.”

We hold Roundtables monthly “typically” on the FIRST Thursday of the month (in 2026, 1/1/2026 moved to 1/8/2026 and 04/2/2026 moved to 04/09/2026) at 7:00 – 8:30 PM at Lutheran Church of Peace at 47 Century Ave S, Maplewood, MN 55119.

ANNUAL KICKOFF AND ICE CREAM SOCIAL

Eastern Waters has an annual kickoff at a local park to get everyone enthused for the new School (/Scout) year. And what better to do that is with ice cream and root beer floats!

The normal day is the SECOND Thursday in August.

ANNUAL PICNIC

Eastern Waters also has an Annual Potluck Picnic, Silent Auction, and Awards Ceremony on the LAST Thursday in May..
