District Training Goal

Every Scout deserves a trained leader!  And we believe it!

Our district goal this year is to increase the number of fully trained leaders.

One of the biggest obstacles to increasing our trained leader percentage is Hazardous Weather Training (SCO_800).  This training due every two years, recently became required.  This training cannot be taught in a classroom setting.  It must be done online.

To help our district greatly improve our trained leader percentage is to log into my.scouting.org and take Hazardous Weather Training.  NOTE: Click HERE to log into my.scouting.org, then come back here and click HERE to link directly to the training.

During the year, the district will promote online and in-class training whether it be council or district led.

You can view your current training status by logging into my.scouting.org and clicking on ‘My Training’ and then ‘Required.’  Any training that say ‘Take Course’ is required and needs to be taken.

As you can see, we got a way to go!  But I believe in this district and your ability to get this done!
